Editing Marks
In the editing profession we use a standard set of markings
that are co-understood by writer, editor, proof reader and printer.
Generally this is done with a red pen on paper hard copy.
It's a lexicon or style guide that speeds things along
because it keeps everyone "on the same page" (pun intended).
